The three “S’s” we offer are derived from the initial letters of these three approaches: 1. Solution supplier, 2. Closer service, and 3. Strategic partner.
There is a proverb that goes, “隗より始めよ” (Kai-Yori Hajimeyo: Start with yourself). In our group, the pronunciation “Kai” is sometimes interpreted as “解” (kai) meaning solution, in that before offering a product or service, we should first understand the issues and challenges our customers are facing and then actively create the optimal solution for them.
The three “S’s” perfectly embody our approach of proposing solutions to the issues our customers face. We start with a solution by getting closer to our customers to identify the optimal solution, and ultimately aim to become their best strategic partner.
